Chairman - Mr Johnny Ho

Mr Johnny Ho has been the Chief Executive Officer of Johnny’s Group Holdings Limited and steered the group to be the most reliable and professional guarding provider in the security industry of Hong Kong since 2001. JSG develops various businesses include Property Management, Professional Agency Services, Cyber Security, Security System Design and Build, Whole Building Redesign and Renovation，Event Planning and Production, Co-working Space Centre, Publishing and Childhood Education in years. There are more than 2,000 staffs employed in the group.　 Besides, Mr Ho is committed to promoting and protecting Hong Kong's intellectual property industry and is concerned about the long-term development of Hong Kong. He is the key member of several non-profit organizations such as Chairman of Chamber of Security Industry (CSI), President of International Federation of Creativity and Technology (IFOCAT), Vice President of The Federation of Hong Kong Property Management Industry (FHKPMI), Zone VI Chairperson of Lions Club International District 303-Hong Kong & Macau, China (2022-2023).

主席 - 何啟文先生

何啟文先生於澳洲完成商業管理學士學位及財務管理碩士學位，回港後於港安警衛有限公司出任董事，主要業務範圍涵蓋安保護衛及策劃工作。何啟文先生於2009年成立港安集團，以完善管理理念及企業模式發展日益多元化的業務。多年來創立不同業務範疇的新公司，包括物業管理、專業代理服務、網絡安全設計及建立、全幢物業重新設計及翻新、活動策劃及製作、聯合辦公空間、媒體出版、知識產權保護及幼兒教育服務等。現時集團在港聘請超過2,000名員工。

何啟文先生熱心公益及關注香港未來的長遠發展，積極參與各項公職並擔任重要職位，包括：保安業商會主席，國際創意及科技總會會長，香港物業管理聯會副會長，國際獅子總會中國港澳三O三區第十一分域主席(2022-2023)，香港各界商會聯席會議召集人，職業訓練局保安及紀律服務管理高級文憑課程校外考試主任，香港專業教育學院保安及紀律服務高級文憑課程-課程評審小組校外評審委員，資歷架構保安服務業行業培訓咨詢委員，僱員再培訓局創意產業行業諮詢委員等要職。

Vice-Chairman - Mr Derek Lee

Mr Derek Lee is the co-founder and CEO of Enrich Culture Group since 2004. He has been working in the publishing & digital media industry for over 30 years. He is current Chairman of Hong Kong Tradebook Publishers Association, Hong Kong Investors Association in Penang, Hong Kong Sales and Marketing Professionals Society and serves Past President or Directors in many other public bodies. He was granted The Chief Executive of HKSAR Commendation for Public Service in 2001.

副主席 - 李偉榮先生

李偉榮先生為天窗文化集團行政總裁及創辦人，經過十多年在香港及大中華區域業務已作多元化發展，集合文字出版、網上媒體、金融服務及物業投資等業務，產品及服務遠至海外。

李氏畢業於澳洲新南威爾斯州大學市場學碩士。曾於國際頂尖專業及教育出版商主理亞洲市場，對經營東南亞地區業務經驗已有廿多年之久，廣建營商人脈網絡及累積豐富市場知識。李氏同時亦熱心義務工作，出任多個出版業商會主席或董事，亦是國際扶輪3450區灣仔社社長（2018-19）及香港營銷專才學會創會會長。更於2019年香港及檳城兩地與友儕一起創辦檳城香港商會，促進兩地商務及文化發展與交流。另外，李氏於2001年獲香港特別行政區行政長官頒授社區服務奬狀。

Honorary Secretary - Ms Cathy Hung

Ms Cathy Hung is a seasoned public affairs professional with over 20-year experience, including Government relations, traditional and new media. Cathy is currently the Manager Regulatory Affairs of Philip Morris Asia Ltd. (PMAL), taking one of the leading roles in stakeholder management and public affairs. Prior to joining PMAL, Cathy was the Deputy Director of Hong Kong United Foundation and Editor-in-Chief of Looop Media. During the past decade, she was engaged in the media industry as a news anchor and principal reporter in the two largest broadcasting organizations in Hong Kong, namely Television Broadcast Limited (TVB) and Asia Television Hong Kong (ATV).

During 2011 to 2012, Cathy participated in the campaign of The Fourth Term Chief Executive Election. She was the Senior Media Relations Manager in the Campaign Office, focusing on media relations and crisis management. After the campaign, she joined the Chief Executive-elect’s Office of Hong Kong SAR Government as Public Relations Officer.

In public services, Cathy is a co-founder and director of a young-professional think tank, “GeNext”, since 2015. She was also a co-opted member of Lantau Development Advisory Committee and Consultative Committee on Economic and Trade Co-operation between Hong Kong and the Mainland.

榮譽秘書 - 洪綺敏女士

洪綺敏女士為香港資深跨媒體傳媒人兼公共事務及政策顧問，擁有多年傳統及新媒體、以及政商界經驗。

洪女士現職菲力浦莫里斯亞洲集團法規事務主管，在集團任職前，洪女士 2014 至 2018 年間出任香港齊心基金會副總裁兼新媒體網上平台「圈傳媒」總編輯。洪女士曾於香港兩間傳統電子媒體「無線電視」及「亞洲電視」新聞部，任職首席記者兼新聞主播超過十年。洪女士曾於 2011 年擔任第四屆行政長官競選團隊的高級傳媒關係經理，專責傳媒關係、傳訊及危機管理；同年出任候任行政長官辦公室公共關係主任。

洪女士亦有從事多項公職及社會服務工作。在2015年創辦智庫及議政組織「為正策士」並出任理事。曾為特區政府大嶼山發展諮詢委員會小組增選委員(2014- 2016)、香港與內地經貿合作諮詢委員會小組增補委員(2014-2015)等。
